Celtics beat Kings 99-89, Sullinger finishes with career-high 31 points
No Rondo, no problem on this night. The Kings and Celtics were back, and forth for most of this contest. That's until the 19-2 run by the Celtics in the 4th quarter. The Celtics won 99-89, extending the winning streak to 3 games. Jared Sullinger and Demarcus Cousins battled all night. Both players finished with 31 points and 16 rebounds. Sullinger got the win, and Sully must feel pretty confident after his performance Friday night.
As for the other Celtics, Green was okay, the most important thing with Green was that he was aggressive. Green finished with 17 points, but he missed too many shots Green was 6-of-20. Gerald Wallace flirted with a triple-double (8 points, 12 rebounds, 9 assists) while Olynyk put up (11 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists) and Jerryd Bayless (19 points, 4 assists) provided a spark off the bench.
Well the Celtics are 18-33, and they'll have another game at home this Sunday against the Mavs. Stay tuned for more later tonight, and tomorrow morning.
