Jerryed Bayless believes Brad Stevens is establishing a culture in his team

The culture of the Boston Celtics is all around us. You've been in the garden? The banners, the retired numbers, and the mystique has some how become apart of the new garden. Sometimes only the educated Celtic fans will get it, and some others just don't realize how important it is to build a culture. Maybe that was my jab at the tankers. Maybe I'm taking a note from Rondo's jab at Lebron for the black mask. But it's sad that fans watched the Celtics this season in hopes to see them lose.

"Yes, I think Brad (Stevens) is doing a good job. We play the right way most nights, which is kind of refreshing, and when you’re playing the right way, moving the ball and everybody is touching it, it’s a fun way to play. We’ve just got to continue to do that. On the defensive end we’ve got to keep it to our fundamentals and our principles and hopefully it all works out.

I would be pretty shocked to see the Celtics miss the playoffs next season in a very weak Eastern Conference. The Celtics and the East could be turned upside down with the Heat's pending breakup, and with the draft and everything that goes into the summer in the NBA. The Heat could very well stay together, and the Celtics could lose out on some opportunities that many of us believe they have. Anything can happen. But as long as Stevens continues to build the culture and expectations with the players in green. Then everything should fall into place regardless of certain things out of his control.
