Saunders believes Love shouldn't be frustrated

Flip Saunders has taken over the sideline once again.. With that he has a story for us, and for Love about one Kevin Garnett.

"Just like I told (Kevin) Garnett, he didn't have a right to be frustrated," Saunders said during an interview with KFAN 100.3 in Minneapolis-St. Paul. "Why does any player have a right to be frustrated? You're either part of the problem or part of the solution.

"Should the team be frustrated? Yeah, the team can be frustrated. But I don't think any one individual should be frustrated."

"I tell a story about -- we were in the locker room when KG was in like his third year in the league, and Sam Mitchell was sitting in the locker room," Saunders said. "KG was in there, and we had lost a couple games, and we were all sitting there talking.

Honestly I can't compare these two. Love is an All-Star, but KG is a legend. He was a winner in Minnesota, despite losing in the first round for 8 straight years. Garnett and Love are so different. Sorry Saunders, your losing Love, even if he's not coming to Boston. Love wants out, and he'll bolt.

  1. Saunders is trying to make it about him. That is really really sad. About KL vs KG - who knows? KL may come on strong. But right now, KG is one of the alltime top twenty. I see him as the 4th alltime greatest Celtic.
